Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and assist with meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport patients to medical appointments and errands

Qualifications

- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
