Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise as directed by nursing staff.
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in client condition accurately.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding clients who have dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (We can assist with this during paid training).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
