Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using company-provided vehicle
- Assist with light housekeeping and home organization tasks
- Maintain a safe environment using provided adaptive equipment
- Communicate effectively with families and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with proper equipment assistance
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
