Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Assist clients with mobility, transferring, and walking to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Administer medication reminders and accurately document daily care logs and vital signs.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the client's quality of life.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or social activities.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and assist patients of various weights.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
