Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes via our secure digital platform
- Assist with medication management and meal preparation
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Collaborate with healthcare teams through virtual care coordination meetings
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with remote guidance
Qualifications
- Tennessee Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable internet connection for telehealth communications
- COVID-19 vaccination and TB clearance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
