Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties
- Monitor vital signs and document client health changes accurately
- Coordinate with healthcare teams via our digital reporting platform
- Transport clients to medical appointments when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications
- TN Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
