Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, escalating concerns immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all state licensure requirements and facility policies regarding travel nursing.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN License in the United States.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical settings quickly.
