What You Will Do:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and transfers (e.g., walking, using a wheelchair).
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the RN.
- Document daily care logs and changes in client condition.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
