Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Assist with medication reminders and vital sign monitoring
- Transport patients to medical appointments and errands
- Document care activities and patient progress accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and agency protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
