Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while monitoring dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and compassion for elderly/disabled clients
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending/kneeling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
