Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, meal prep)
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport patients to appointments (valid license required)
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience
- Current AZ state HHA certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
