Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Maintain accurate care records
- Communicate client needs to care coordinators
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Clear criminal background check
- Current TB test and health clearance
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
