Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and maintain detailed progress reports
- Assist with light housekeeping and client-specific tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Experience with dementia or chronic care preferred
