Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with proper hydration
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care documentation and communicate with healthcare teams
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure safe living environments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year verified experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly or disabled clients
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
