Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and errand services
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to RNs
- Assist with mobility transfers and medication reminders
- Offer emotional companionship and client advocacy
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Current Arizona HHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Compassionate approach with elderly/disabled clients
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
