Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes in condition, mood, or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and social events.
- Administer medication reminders and ensure clients take their prescribed medications.
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required; we provide all necessary training.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
