Responsibilities

  • Provide essential personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
  • Monitor and document changes in a client's physical or emotional condition, reporting any concerns immediately to the nursing supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or State-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and families.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
