Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain client environments
- Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or willing to obtain certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
