Responsibilities
- Delote high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and med-surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and facility-specific protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts across various Seattle-area facilities
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
