Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient-oriented personality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Alaska HHA certification preferred but not required
