Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Light housekeeping and errand services for clients
- Transport clients to medical appointments when needed
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with care team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass thorough background check and TB screening
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly and disabled clients
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to client locations throughout Fresno
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
