Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with prescribed diets
- Administer medications as per care plan under RN supervision
- Transport patients to medical appointments when needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current Arizona HHA certification and CPR certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Fluency in English (Spanish speakers encouraged to apply)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
