The Role:
You will act as the primary architect of our 2026 vision, analyzing trends in AI, quantum computing, and immersive web technologies to build a scalable, future-proof infrastructure. You will work closely with product leads and engineering teams to ensure our strategic goals are met through innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Horizon 2026 technology roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current workflows.
- Establish best practices for innovation and technical debt management for the next decade.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and board members to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in enterprise settings.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast future technology needs.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
