Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor health status and report changes to medical team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Engage clients in meaningful social interaction
- Maintain detailed care records
- Ensure safe and clean home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation
- TN state caregiver license preferred
