Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support therapeutic activities and social engagement programs
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification with valid UK registration
- Minimum 1 year recent care home experience
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
