Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment
- Support emotional well-being through companionship and active listening
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in home health or long-term care
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
