Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to patients
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) in various healthcare settings
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting/transfers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Passion for geriatric or vulnerable adult care
