Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) with empathy and patience
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Complete accurate documentation of patient interactions
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about elderly care
- Must pass background check and health screening
