Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to coordinate patient care plans
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Support patient dignity and emotional well-being
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in clinical setting
- BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
