Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with strong attention to detail
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in emergency response and critical care situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact license)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends as needed
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
