Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across Med-Surg, ICU, and ER departments
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care plans
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to JCAHO and TN Board of Nursing regulations
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays
