Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and MedSurg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with JCAHO and facility standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
