Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms, responses to treatment, and progress.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (others may be specified).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
