Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical unit (ICU/ER/Tele)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to hospital protocols and JCAHO standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and patient education
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license or compact state license
- 2+ years recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner)
- Ability to adapt to new clinical environments
