Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical unit (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education plans and discharge protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (specialty-specific certs)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
