Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in top-tier Seattle hospitals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to strict JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Document clinical progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Participate in shift handovers and patient safety initiatives
- Provide mentorship to permanent nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
