- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI integrations, specifically focusing on 2026 capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines to enhance product performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and product designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record of designing and deploying complex machine learning models and NLP solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for solving complex, unstructured problems.
