As a Lead AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning models, from data ingestion to deployment and MLOps.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research to identify emerging trends in AI, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Robotics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
