Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps aligned with future technological trends.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI governance in all system architectures.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
