Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical architecture for our flagship 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design: Lead the design of distributed machine learning systems, focusing on low-latency inference and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative adversarial networks (GANs) and transformer-based models.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into our cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration.
