Job Description
The Future is Calling. Nexus Horizon Labs is pioneering the infrastructure for the year 2026. We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead the integration of Agentic AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready Web3 protocols. If you are passionate about building systems that don't just exist, but evolve, this is your opportunity to define the next generation of human-computer interaction.
As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and tangible, scalable applications. We are building the operating system for a metaverse-native workforce, and we need a master builder to lead the charge.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Pipelines: Design and implement scalable, high-throughput inference engines for Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing and 2026 latency standards.
- Spatial Interface Development: Lead the technical direction for AR/VR integration, ensuring seamless 3D rendering and haptic feedback loops.
- Quantum-Ready Algorithms: Develop and prototype algorithms that transition seamlessly between classical and quantum processing units.
- Security & Privacy by Design: Implement zero-knowledge proofs and advanced cryptographic standards to protect autonomous agent data streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our "2026 Stack," identifying emerging technologies like Neural Rendering and Brain-Computer Interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Spatial Computing.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++. Experience with WebGPU and WebGL is highly desirable.
- Agentic AI: Proven track record of working with autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, or complex LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment where standards are defined as we go.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
