Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital imaging and CAD/CAM technology
- Implement strict sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Train junior assistants on clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education on preventive care
- Maintain accurate digital patient records
- Assist in emergency dental procedures
Qualifications
- Current RDA license in California
- 2+ years experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong knowledge of dental materials
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
