Responsibilities
- Perform chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Take digital dental impressions and process radiographs
- Oversee assistant scheduling and inventory management
- Train new staff on clinic protocols and software systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal equipment functionality
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital documentation
Qualifications
- Current Texas RDA certification or DANB certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in digital imaging and practice management software
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Proven ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and patient education skills
- Experience with dental material inventory systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
