Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage digital imaging and radiography systems with precision
- Oversee sterilization protocols and infection control compliance
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain impeccable inventory management
- Deliver exceptional patient education and comfort support
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with dental implants preferred
