Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for complex procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols
- Train and mentor new dental assistants
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Coordinate patient flow and pre/post-operative care
- Maintain precise digital dental records
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant Radiology License
- Minimum 3 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Certification in CPR and BLS
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management
- DEXIS/Radiance imaging system experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Associates degree in Dental Assisting preferred
