Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging management using latest Sopro technology
- Sterilization protocol compliance and OSHA regulation adherence
- Patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Digital charting using Dentrix/Eaglesoft systems
- Inventory management and supply chain optimization
- New hire training and mentorship of junior assistants
Qualifications
- Active DANB certification or state dental assistant license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification and radiology proficiency
- Experience with digital impressions and CAD/CAM workflows
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
