Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgery and restorative treatments
- Manage patient flow and chairside efficiency with digital charting systems
- Sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA-compliant infection control protocols
- Train new assistants on practice workflows and clinical procedures
- Take precise dental radiographs and impressions
- Coordinate patient education on post-op care and oral hygiene
Qualifications
- Current RDA certification in California
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
