Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for complex procedures including restorative and surgical cases
- Manage digital radiography (Dexis/Pax) and intraoral imaging systems
- Sterilization protocol compliance and OSHA regulation adherence
- Patient education on post-operative care and oral hygiene
- Inventory management and supply ordering for 5 operatories
- Lead onboarding and training for new dental assistants
- Implementing infection control protocols with CDC guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Dental Assistant certification or DANB/RDA required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Experience with digital imaging practice management software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Proven chairside efficiency with composite bonding and crown placements
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with 15+ daily appointments
