Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implant placements and full-mouth reconstructions
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems with precision
- Oversee infection control protocols and sterilization processes
- Train and mentor junior assistants while maintaining workflow efficiency
- Assist with patient education and treatment planning coordination
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain optimization
- Perform advanced coronal polishing and sealant applications
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA license required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetic/restorative dentistry
- Expertise in digital radiography (DEXIS, Sirona) and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication skills for high-end patient interactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
