Responsibilities
- Perform advanced chairside assistance for complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Manage digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems
- Assist in implant placement surgeries and orthodontic adjustmentsMaintain sterilization protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Implement inventory management for premium dental materials
- Coordinate patient flow across multiple operatories
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetic/restorative dentistry
- Proficiency with digital imaging and practice management software
- Advanced certification in nitrous oxide monitoring
- BLS/CPR certification current
- Exceptional chairside demeanor with high-net-worth clientele
- Experience with surgical assisting and impression techniques
